Dear Backers, 

We're back with some exciting news!

Remember how we said your Nullarbor watch was almost ready to journey to you? Well, the moment has finally arrived. We're gearing up to start shipping the watches in the coming days! This is the update we've all been waiting for, and it’s all thanks to your incredible patience and support.

We've been through the final quality checks, and everything is looking fantastic. Your watch is ready to leave our hands and land on your wrist. 

A quick heads up: if you haven't completed your BackerKit survey yet, now's the time to jump on it. We need these filled out ASAP to make sure your watch gets to you without any issues. 

We're locking down responses in the next couple of days, so please make sure you’ve got all your details in there. 

Thank you for sticking with us throughout this journey. Your patience has been a huge part of making this project a success. We’re almost at the finish line, and we can’t wait for you to see and wear your piece of Australia.

New Year Update

Happy New Year backers! 

We hope you kicked off 2024 with a well earnt break over the holiday period and had some time to recharge. 

We're thrilled to let you know that your Nullarbor Terrain is almost ready to make its way to you! We're in the final stages of testing and quality assurance checks to ensure everything's perfect. 

We expect everything to be packaged and shipped to you before the end of the month. 

Thanks again for hanging in there with us! Your patience and support have been incredible, and we can't wait for you to see the final product. 

It's been a journey, and we're almost at the finish line. We will provide another update very soon, once we start the shipping process

Project Update - Slight Delays

Dear backers, hope you are all doing well as we approach the holiday period.

Today, we want to share an important update regarding the shipping of your Nullarbor Terrain watch.  Due to unforeseen supply chain challenges related to the assembly of our watch movements and manufacture of our straps, we find ourselves slightly behind schedule. This has been compounded by COVID related backlogs from earlier in the year that are still affecting production and shipping timelines. As a result, we anticipate shipping your watches in early January, rather than the initially planned timeline of December.

We understand that this news may be disappointing, especially if you were looking forward to receiving your watch in time for Christmas. Please know that this decision was not made lightly.

Our suppliers are facing unique challenges during this busy period, and we want to ensure that every component of your watch meets our high standards. Rather than rushing for a December delivery, the delays have provided the opportunity to place an even greater emphasis on quality control. This means we can be certain that the watches you receive in January really are perfect for every occasion.

On a positive note, we have started to receive other components such as the recycled cork pouches! which will be crucial for our final quality checks and assembly process here in Sydney.

We are deeply grateful for your support and understanding. Your belief in our vision means the world to us and we're dedicated to making sure that your Terrain is truly worth the wait.

Good news, BackerKit surveys are coming soon to an inbox near you!

We sincerely thank you for your patience and apologies for the lack of communication. We have been facing some technical issues in finalising your order information and we wanted to make sure that we do not make any mistakes, if we can help it. So we tested, and tested some more, and then tested again. 

Within the next week, you will all receive an email from BackerKit (to the email linked to your Kickstarter account). You do not need to create a BackerIt account to fill our your survey, just click the link in the email, fill it out and you are all good to go :) 

In the survey, you will be able to answer questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information and even purchase add-ons if you'd like. To confirm, you do not have access to this email/survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email.
